Timothy Tomase, DDS Family & Cosmetic Dentist

Timothy Tomase, DDS, is a holistic dentist providing expert care to patients at his practice, Tomase Dental Care in Toledo, Ohio. 

As a 1982 graduate of the University of Toledo and a 1986 graduate of The Ohio State University of Dentistry, Dr. Tomase has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with outstanding dental care.

Dr. Tomase's own dentist encouraged him to consider this field as he was growing up. He always loved science, working with people, and making a difference in the lives of others, and this career has provided him with that privilege.

His postgraduate education includes extensive coursework at the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, the Midwest Implant Institute, and the LSU School of Dentistry’s Academy of Continuing Education. Dr. Tomase has also personally trained with Dr. Larry Rosenthal, a nationally acclaimed cosmetic dentist in Manhattan, New York. 

To deliver exceptional care, Dr. Tomase frequently attends continuing education courses. He and his dental team are well-versed in the newest dental techniques and technologies, implementing dental innovations to provide patients with advanced, comfortable, personalized care.

In addition to practicing dentistry, Dr. Tomase appreciates time spent with his family, including his wife Teri, a corporate trainer, and their three children. Their oldest son Jeff is a dentist in Florida. Jeff and his lovely wife Melissa are new parents to son Luca, giving Dr. Tomase and Teri the proud title of grandparents. Their daughter Jordan works in marketing/public relations, and their youngest son Jonathan is employed with a Toledo-based company.

Dr. Tomase and Teri enjoy traveling (especially visiting their grandson in Florida) and find the area of Traverse City, Michigan, particularly beautiful. They can be found in Columbus, Ohio, in the autumn, cheering for the Buckeyes, and summers are spent with family and friends enjoying cookouts in the backyard.

Dr. Tomase loves physical fitness and enjoys playing golf. He also stays fit by chasing after the family’s pets.
